Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping:
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat rate: $12.95 USD
Free Shipping:
- Available on orders over $50 USD
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your garden and outdoor living purchases! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- All bathroom products (faucets, decor)
- Cleaning and maintenance supplies
- Opened electrical/lighting items (indoor/outdoor lighting, ceiling fans)
- Fireplace and heating products without original packaging
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective items)
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return Request for Order #[Your Order Number]
- Product name and SKU/item number (if available)
- Reason for return
- If exchanging, specify preferred replacement item
- Your contact information
Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping address
- Any special instructions
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please include:
- Original packaging with all accessories
- Copy of your order confirmation
- Return authorization number clearly visible
Tip: For patio furniture or large garden decor items, retain all original protective packaging and consider taking photos of your packed item for reference.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (credit card/PayPal)
- Exchanges: New item shipped within 3 business days after return is received
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange free return shipping if needed
- Choose between replacement (subject to availability) or full refund
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds will be issued minus original shipping charges
- Processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
