At Garden Decor Style, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living and garden decor purchases. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bathroom products (faucets, decor), cleaning supplies, or any opened electrical/lighting items (indoor/outdoor lighting, ceiling fans). All fireplace and heating products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
Our Return Policy
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping address
- Special instructions if needed
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please include:
- Original packaging with all accessories
- Copy of your order confirmation
- Return authorization number clearly visible
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (credit card/PayPal)
- Exchanges: New item shipped within 3 business days after return is received
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange a free return shipping label if needed
- Choose between replacement (subject to availability) or full refund
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds will be issued minus original shipping charges
- Processing may take additional 3-5 business days
